The Annual WAVE Awards honoring women of achievement, vision and excellence celebrates its 25th year in 2008.
Three outstanding women over the age of seventy years old who have aspired to great heights in their lives will be honored at a glittering ceremony in Westin St Francis in Union Square. They are: Reverend Glenda Hope, Concepcion (Concha) Saucedo and Ethel Seiderman.
